For the crumb topping:

For the filling:
- 6 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced about ΒΌ-inch thick
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 TBSP ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup Apple Whiskey
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
