Ingredients

For the Parfaits:

  • 2,5 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 18 pieces from GODIVA Gold Ballotin box
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee

For the Marshmallow Fluff:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 2/3 cup + 2 tbsp sugar (separated)
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/8 cup molasses
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
