Ingredients

  • 6 sugar ice cream cones
  • None stick foil wrap

For the pastry:

  • 1 sheet (1/2 of a 17.3-ounce package) frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • Granulated sugar

For the chocolate:

  • 6oz dark chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup or corn syrup
  • For the cream
  • 1ΒΌ Cup/310ml Whipping Cream
  • 6-8 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon skimmed milk powder (optional)
