Ingredients

  • 6 small, ripe Plums, about 2 inches in diameter
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 5 tbsp Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 1½ cups Brown Sugar, packed
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 200g Cake Flour, sifted
  • 1½ tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tbsp Honey
