This crumble is delicious served fresh from the oven as dessert, a la mode with your favorite ice cream and it also makes a really great breakfast, too.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup raw hulled sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup cassava flour
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- pinch nutmeg
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons solidified coconut oil or grass-fed butter/ghee (plus more for the skillet)
- 4 peaches, sliced
- 6 figs, quartered
