  • 175g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 90g Greek Yoghurt
  • 60g passion fruit (or granadilla curd)
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 200g self-raising flour, sifted

For the Frosting:

  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 60ml passion fruit curd
