For the Crust:
- 2 cups (8 oz) Brownie Brittle crumbs
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
For the Filling:
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
For the Chocolate Ganache:
- 6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
For the Topping:
- Peppermint crunch baking chips
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate sauce, if desired
