It’s incredibly easy and so impressive! This would be the perfect dessert to bring over for a party. Just broil the marshmallows right before serving!
Ingredients
for the graham cracker crust
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers, about 10 crackers
- 7 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 Tablespoons light brown sugar
for the chocolate pudding
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- pinch salt
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup of mini marshmallows
